CREAMY PASTA |
INGREDIENTS:
- Penne Pasta: 1 cup boiled
- Milk: 4-5 cups
- All Purpose Flour: 1/2 cup
- Butter: 1/2 cup melted
- Oil: 2 Tbsp
- Ginger: 1 Tsp chopped
- Spring Onions: 1/2 cup
- Bell Peppers: 1 cup chopped
- Black Olives: 4-5 sliced
- Seasoning: 1.5 Tbsp
- Salt as per taste
METHOD:
- Heat some oil in a pan and toss the boiled pasta in it. Add salt and mix well.
- Now take another pan and boil milk till it becomes thick.
- Slightly cook the All-Purpose flour in butter in another pan. Make sure it stays white only.
- Now slowly add the boiled milk to it. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. Let the mixture boil so that it thickens.
- Take one more pan and heat some oil.
- Add Ginger, Spring Onions, Bell Peppers, Olives and other veggies of your choice and saute.
- Add salt as per your taste.
- Once the veggies the half cooked, add the boiled pasta to it and mix well.
- Now slowly add the thickened milk to it.
- Cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes more.
- Serve hot!!

MASALA PRAWNS |
INGREDIENTS:
- Prawns: 20-25 pieces- washed, shelled and peeled
- Onion: 1/2 cup
- Tomato Puree: 1/2 cup
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 Tbsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 Tsp
- Red Chili Powder: 1 Tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1/4th Tsp
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala: 1 Tsp
- Salt to Taste
- Oil
METHOD:
- Heat Oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds in it.
- Add Chopped Onions and saute till golden brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste and mix.
- Now, add Coriander powder, red chili powder and turmeric powder to the mix.
- Cook for 1-3 minutes on medium flame.
- Pour the tomato puree and add salt.
- Cook again for a minute.
- Finally add prawns to the pan and a little water.
- Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and mix again.
- Cook for another minute and serve hot.

MANGO SHAKE |
INGREDIENTS:
- Mango : 1 big size
- Milk: 1/2 Cup
- Sugar: 3 tbsp
- Dry Fruits: Chopped- 1 tbsp
METHOD:
- Peel the mango and take out the pulp in a mixer.
- Now, add milk and sugar as per your taste.
- Blend the milk and mango pulp thoroughly so that there are no lumps.
- Finally, pour into a glass, add ice cubes, if required and sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top.
- Enjoy Chilled.

RICE ROTI |
INGREDIENTS:
- Rice Flour- 1 cup for 4 chapattis
- Warm Water- 1/2 cup
- Salt- as per taste
- Ghee-1 tsp
METHOD:
- Take a bowl and mix warm water with rice flour, salt and ghee to prepare a dough.
- Now, divide the dough into four equal portions.
- Take a rolling pin and roll each portion into a chapatti .
- Heat a flat tawa and cook the chapatti from both sides.
- Spread some ghee or butter and enjoy the soft rice rotis!!
